When will I get my order?:
Most orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 1-2 business days. Some items, however, will ship within 7-10 business days and furniture items take longer as noted on the item page under the shipping tab. We offer two shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground or Express Delivery. For Express Delivery service or international shipments, please contact us for a shipping quote. Ground Shipping will either be UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post, this is determined on item weight.

Furniture items are only shipped via Ground. Our shipment rates noted below do not include freight charges for oversized items, but the additional charges, if any, are noted on the item page under the shipping tab. For Rush delivery on furniture items or international shipments, please contact us for availability and shipping quotes.
Our GROUND Shipping Charges (special freight charges are not included in these rates) are as follows (based on total order dollar amount) and are only valid for shipments to the contiguous 48 states. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories incur additional shipping charges:

All returns and refunds will be evaluated on a case by case situation. If a refund is granted to be issued it will be refunded via check and mailed to the address the order originated from.
